You may have noticed that this isn't going to be a walk in the park.
You'll need to train.
Gulp.
Your training goal is to be able to cycle the average daily distance and climbing, within 7-8 hours. We're not your mamas and papas, so we're not going to tell you how to train. Some of you will love the gym, some will love disco-blaring spin classes, and hopefully everyone will like real life cycling too. As for us, we like training by cycling around in our daily lives and also going on increasingly long rides each month / fortnight until we can cycle the daily distance in 7-8 hours.
If you're in London, come and ride with us on one of our free cycle club rides at the end of each month, sign up for info here. If you're in Bristol, message Annie to say you're in. If you're in Sheffield, we'll put you in touch with Alex. If you're not in any of those places, fancy starting a cycle club? Message us!
